After setting up tryout or premium with payment I get back on the same page I started

Dear Community,

 

I tried several times to set up a Spotify premium account. After i fill out the forms and click on upgrade to Premium I get back to the page I started with, where it says get Premium and Try out. It's a loop. Even when I have a look on the account information some time later it says Free-Account. I would be happy if you could help me with this issue. I'd really like to use Spotify Premium.

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. We're sorry to hear you're having trouble!


We know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, does trying things once more in a different browser/incognito window help?

We'd also recommend double-checking you've not used this payment method for a trial/offer in the past.

Hey Melody,

 

thank you for your fast response. I tried setting it up on 2 different browsers, on 2 different devices and in an incognito window and unfortunately it still does not work. I always end up on the select payment method website. Regardless of whether I picked PayPal or Credit Card as payment method.
