BAJA DE SUSCRIPCION

Hola quiero dar de baja mi suscripcion. El tema es que no me deja iniciar sesion para darlo de baja desde la aplicacion. Me dijeron que habia un formulario, mecesito ayuda porque me siguen cobrando por algo que por culpa de ellos deje de usar

I am sorry to hear about this, and I hope you don’t mind me replying in English. I would recommend canceling your subscription following these steps - you may not be able to cancel your subscription in the Mobile app if you’re using an iOS device, however, you can cancel using a desktop device.
