Besitze Premiums kann dies aber nicht nutzen

Ich habe die Premium Mitgliedschaft bis zum 16.09.2017. Wollte vorhin ein wenig Musik hören und musste mich neu Anmelden, als ich das tat hatte ich laut app keinen Premiumpass?! Habe mich mehrmals an und abgemeldet und die app neu herunterladen habe das Problem jetzt immernoch.. Hoffe mir kann jemand helfen MfG Hendrik

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
