¿Cómo puedo obtener un reembolso?

Acabo de realizar la compra para mi hija y poco después me dijo que no la necesitaba, esto fue hoy mismo ¿Cómo puedo hacer para obtener el reembolso? Espero su respuesta rapido, por favor.
