Would you mind sharing where you purchased this gift card from? Was it somewhere online and where exactly do you see the "your card is being generated" message?

It'd be great if you could send us a screenshot so we can take a look, but only make sure it doesn't show any sensitive info. You can attach it via the Insert Image option in the post editor.
