Cambiar administrador de plan duo

El titular del plan dúo con el que cuento perdió su cuenta para acceder y no puede iniciar sesión en spotify, ¿hay alguna forma de que pueda ser yo el nuevo titular del plan?

Sorry to hear they're facing issues logging into their account. Unfortunately, there is no way to change the manager of an active Duo plan. In this case, the most recomendable is that the manager try to recover the access to their account. After recovering the account, they can cancel the Duo plan and you'll be able to start a new one, as manager.
