Can't access 90 day free premium

Can't access 90 day free premium

Hello, I received an email offer for free premium access for 90 days. I set it up but was not asked to create a password. I cannot access the premium service now and there is no way to log in as I never set up a password. How can I access premium? If I can't access it, how can I delete it so I don't get charged in 90 days?

When you receive such an email, it usually means you already have an account created under that email address. 🙂 Have you tried requesting a password reset here yet?
