Can't get the Hulu offer.

My Question or Issue

When I click the link to get Hulu (ad version) in my email, it redirects me to my account page but when I am there, I don't see any way to get the Hulu plan. What am I doing wrong and how would I activate the Hulu offer.

Same issue. The help page links to https://spotify.com/account/your-services/ but when I click on this link it redirects to https://www.spotify.com/us/account/overview/

Seems like something is broken?

Hope you guys are doing great! 

Can you make sure that you're logged out of your account before clicking on the email link (you should also try to use an incognito window to do this).

I've been having the same problem, and just attempted this in an incognito window. After following the link from the email, the spotify website had me log in, and then it still redirected me to the account overview page as well - so this did not work for me.
