Can't join Spotify Duo

Hello,

I am trying to join my boyfriend's Spotify Duo as we now live together but I get an error message telling me I am trying to join from a different country.

My profile says France but I can't change it to Germany, could you please help?

Let's get started... First to change the country of your account you need to be physically in that country when trying to change it in your account profile. You can find more information about it here:

If you are having issues with changing your country, try to log into your account overview page using another device or try to use the incognito mode on your browser.

After changing the country, ask your boyfriend to cancel the invitation he sent before and send you another invitation link. Just make sure to put the correct address, exactly to the one he set when creating the Duo plan.
