Can't make Spotify stop charging me for closed premium account

Hi.

I have email proof that I have cancelled my spotify premium account, however month on month I am still being charged. I have emailed several times with specific details but keep getting unsatisfactory responses like the one attached. This is rhidiculous - you are literally stealing from my accounts and I will lodge these as fraudulant transactions if you don't stop charging me for a service I cancelled a long time ago.
