My Question or Issue

Hello all! This is my first post on here so sorry if I seem like I don’t know what’s going on. Anyways, for some reason, I am unable to start my subscription for Premium. I’ve had it for a while but I had to cancel it because I couldn’t pay for it. However, when I tried to start it again, I’ve been getting the error message “Something went wrong. Try again, or get help.” I’ve done everything that the website said I should do (like making sure my info was correct, using a different payment source, using an incognito browser etc) but nothing has worked. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue? Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to us and letting us know what you've tried so far!

 

We'd recommend checking with your bank that your payment method is enabled for foreign, secure online, and recurring purchases. 

 

It's also a good idea to wait a few days to make sure that it wasn't any temporary error that might be causing this.
