My Question or Issue

I failed to pay for the recurring payment on 18th of this month, and the app notified me to change or update my payment. When i clicked the notification, it brought me to the web to change plans but instantly threw an error for me. Next i tried changing it manually, but it says i'm not eligible to pick the Premium Family tier.

 

Is there any solution for my problem?  screenshot below is taken from the app.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

You should be able to update your account's country setting by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Under Your plan, click UPDATE next to your payment method.
  3. Enter a new payment method that was issued in your new country or region.

The changes will take effect from your next billing date. If you're seeing any error message(s), please post a screenshot(s) of them.
