Can't update credit card

My Question or Issue

Hi, I need to change my credit card on my account - however there is no "update" button under the subscription section (as described in the FAQ) . The only buttons are "Change Subscription" or "Cancel Premium"

Thanks for reaching out.

That's because only the owner of the Premium Family plan can update the payment method. Members don't have any access to that 🙂
