Can't upgrade to Premium, Premium Family appears instead

Hi, 

i had a voucher for 6 free premium months which run out by the end of august. I used and payed my premium account before for more then three years! Now, that the voucher run out i'm not able to upgrade back to premium on my own. Everytime i try it automatticly appears premium family in my payment?! 

I already tried several brower and loged out on all my hardware. It doenst change anything... 

Anyone an idea how to stop it?!

unfortunately not :(. it appears premium family again, just as in the screenshot before.
