Cannot Access Email I Signed Up With

So, I've been logged out of all my accounts when I tried to connect my phone's Spotify app to Alexa. I have not logged in to this account in some time and attempted to reset the password. This led me to the lovely realization I no longer have access to the email I created the account under. How would I delete my current account to create a new one, or, better yet, gain access to my old account? I would simply skip the first step except I'd rather avoid paying for what I'm not using.

If you can no longer access the email on your account, however, I'd recommend reaching out to Support one of the below ways:

• Email
• Twitter
• Facebook

They'll be able to take a look backstage.
