My Question or Issue

Cannot purchase premium sub on browser via my pc nor my phone. Incognito browser also failed to resolve this. My accounts have funds and I’ve tried every debit/credit card I own to no avail. Please help.

Thanks for posting this thread in the forum.

 

Since you've already tested with some troubleshooting steps as incognito, another device and different payment methods, if you've also gone over the steps in this help article, but you're still unable to purchase Premium it's best to reach out to Customer Support. The team can take a look in the system and you can contact them via one of the ways mentioned here.
