Cannot add any credit cards for premium subscription

I don't know why I can't add any credit cards for my subscription? 

Spotify recently open in Vietnam. I registered for 1 trial month. I added a credit card successfully. However, after 1 month, Spotify can't charge although my card still have money. After that, I canceled Premium and try to register again (like Spotify FAQ's suggestion) 

I have tried to add up to 10 credit cards (my and my friends). All failed "Payment failed. Try again, or use a different payment method".

When I chat to Spotify Cares on Facebook, they only suggest that I should check with my bank. What should I check??? My credit cards are active and have enough money and my friends still use this to registered Spotify. Why only me can't use them?

I don't want to create a new account, cause it will lost my history music. You know it is the best strength of Spotify, right?
