My Question or Issue

I used to always pay via my smart phone, but unfortunately this time when I tried to pay for my premium account it said, that I have reached the maximum number of subscriptions per phone number - but I do not have any account with my mobile number yet.

Hey @_Aurora_,

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

Have a nice day!

Thank you so much for your help! 🙂

Unfortunately nothing has worked so far...

Hey again @_Aurora_,

Could you please get in touch with your phone carrier, so they can check if you have another account connected to your phone number 🙂

If so, you could cancel your old subscription to subscribe to Spotify with your new account.

Let me know how it goes and

Have a nice day!
