My Question or Issue

Hello.I wanted to purchase Premium about 5 minutes ago and when I go to check-out I get an error saying that I am not elligible for the 3 month trial but I haven't tried Premium at any point.Is there a way to activate it even without the trial but as I said I never tried it. (I tried purchasing it over the mobile application)
