Cannot update payment details as screen just refreshes.

Cannot update payment details as screen just refreshes.

My payment has failed as my bank changed my card, however I cannot change the card details. (See attached screenshot). I click "update", or "update your payment details", and it just refreshes the screen, I cannot change subscription or cancel as it says I need to make payment first. What am I supposed to do? If it wasn't for my playlists, I'd be making an account with an alteria service instead of posting this. I have tried on my android phone, and laptop (MS edge, IE11, Chrome & Firefox). Please help 😞

Hey @frosty1977,

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, Unlimited is no longer available as a subscription option (as it's been discontinued a long time ago), but I'll make sure to pass your thoughts about this onto the right team.

In the meantime, you can continue to use Spotify for free, or check out what Premium has to offer here.

Let me know if you have any questions.

I cannot try premium. I already tried and it said I cannot upgrade because I have missed a payment/card details are incorrect.

Thanks for letting me know.

Can you please try doing the following...:

  1. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies and then trying it again
  2. Trying it in an incognito window
  3. Trying it in a different browser

Let me know how it goes.
