Cant downgrade my Premium Duo to Premium

why cant i downgrade my premium DUO to a Normal Premium.  Why the option is not there, i see all other option (student, etc..)

When you attempt to change your plan here using a different browser or private window, do you see the option to change the plan to Premium? 

You can also send me a screenshot of the options you see when you attempt to change the plan. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.

I am having the exact same problem. When I click on premium individual to make the change it tells me that I can't change. The person that I set up duo for never even created an account so there should be no reason that I can't downgrade back to individual. Extremely frustrated and ready to cancel my account.

This is the error, and my payment method is fine, I am the account owner, and the person that I went to the duo option for has never created an account
