Cant download Songs

Good Morning, I am from Germany and I am not able to download Songs for 2 days now. Premium is activated (It says so in the Website, it is the Student version). And as far as I see, the other premium Features like skip, like or choose a Free Song of a Playlist works . Anyone else is having this problem?

Please as a first step try and download on a different device so we can determine if this is an account based issue or a device based issue.
