My Question or Issue

Why the subscription is not renewed and auto renewed. I can't pay due to problem. (Using GCash)

It can't auto renewed due to sim register. Problem to deactivated. (Smart) (I already registered the sim card.)

I was waiting due to auto renewal and its getting a problem.

I'd recommend updating your payment method on your account page to see if that does the trick. In case the issue persists, try with another payment method (if possible).
