Card not working to subscribe to podcast

I host my podcast with Spotify for Podcasters. I've recently started paid bonus episodes. A number of guests have tried to sign up but it tells them 'Unable to process this card. Please double check your information and try again'. I even tried it myself and it did the same to me. 10 days I've been liaising with Spotify about this and they still haven't fixed it. Does anyone else have the same issue and if so, know a fix?

First and foremost, congratulations on your podcast! I realized that you posted this ten days ago, and I wanted to see if you were still experiencing issues with payments. 

If so, I'd recommend that you get in touch with the Spotify for Podcasters team here. They will be the best point of contact as they handle everything related to podcasts on Spotify. Typically, I would recommend trying a different browser or private window as it can always be an issue with the browser one is using - but if it's happening with multiple people using different platforms, then it may be something else.
