Cerré sesión en mi y al abrir cesión ya no me aparece activó el plan premiu

Cerré sesión en mi y al abrir cesión ya no me aparece activó el plan premiu

Activé la promoción de dos meses grátis con el plan Premium individual de $115.00, di de alta mi tarjeta para el cobro automático. Pero cerré sesión por error. Abrí cesión de nuevo pero no se si abrió otra cuenta con mi nombre pero el detalle es que ya no me aparece activó el plan Premium individual. Pero yo no lo cancelé y supongo que mientras no lo cancelé me harán el cargo automático. Necesito recuperar mi cuenta en la que tengo activó el plan premium individual.

What is happening here is that you have two Spotify accounts most likely. One, which is on Premium and one on the free service. 

 

I'd suggest you check out this article for helpful tips with finding accounts. It can sometimes happen that you register an account with a similar email address like user@gmail.com and user@yahoo.com. Something else you can check if you've created your original account via Facebook or Google, so try logging in with Facebook/ Google.

 

If you do manage to log in another account, you can click on the Profile picture to see if the subscription status is set to Premium.
