Change Payment Method

Hello, I have followed the steps to change payment by going to my account and then suscription. but everytime I go to this option it only gives me the option to change my plan (which I won't) or Cancel my suscription (which I don't want to either) is there anyone that could help me out?

Anyone that could help me on this one? If i Cancel it today would it be getting charge twice in February right? There's a screenshot of the message I get everytime I try to change my payment method
