Change Plan to family, but have carrier billing

I am looking to upgrade my plan to family, but have carrier billing. Anyone know a way?

Hey @b1tch1n,

 

If your Premium subscription is via a mobile carrier, you'll have to reach out to them first and tell them you'd like to cancel that subscription.

 

After your subscription has ended and your account has returned back to the Free plan, you can upgrade to Premium for Family at https://spotify.com/family. 🙂
