Bonjour,

 

J’ai un abonnement Spotify Famille pour 2 personnes.

Je souhaite le modifier pour passer au Spotify Duo Premium.

 

Cette modification semble bloquée sur la plateforme ; je reçois le message « Impossible de modifier le programme. Ce problème peut être dû au fait que vous n’êtes pas éligible à ce programme ».

 

Faut-il vraiment que je résilie mon abonnement Famille ???

I hope you don't mind I'm answering in English...

First of all, have in mind that to change the plan, you need to be the plan manager. If you are the manager, you should be able to switch between different plans, except if you are subscribed to Spotify with a partner company (e.g. your phone or internet provider). If it's the case, you need to cancel with them and wait for your current Premium to end.

If it's not the case here, as a first suggestion, you could try to remove the members of your Family plan, and then try to switch between Family and Duo using an incognito tab of your browser. Oh, and have in your mind you can only switch between plans as a member once per year, ok? So, double-check if the person that is currently on your plan hasn't changed its plan more than once in the last 365 days.
