Charged Twice today

Charged Twice today

I was charged the correct student amount of 5$ but when I tried to verify it wouldn't go through so I went to edit my email to my student one and try again.  Spotify then charged me a normal rate of 10$.  I have both confirmation emails - is there any way to not be charged the next three months since I paid for three?
