I was charged for another month of Premium after cancelling my membership. How can I get a refund?

Spotify doesn't have a contact phone number for their support team, but if you use this contact page, you can send a message to them where they'll reply back to you.
Subscription > Cancelled my subscription, but was still charged. From their, read over the box and if you still need help click "I still need help".

Thanks! I already checked out that website and went to the "refund policy" page and it led me straight back to the "contact us" page. There is no number to call for help.

How I can get refund?
I have been paying full price without realizing for over 4 months. I do not wish to loose the premium account but refuse to pay full price. I also find it unbelievable this popular of a company does not have a service line of any kind. Very unprofessional and I request accommodation.
