Charged but not premium

Charged but not premium

I was charged for a premium account but I didn't sign up for it, don't want it. Don't know why it is there. How do I get my money back

I'm so sorry to that you are having this problem.  Please take a moment to follow this link as accounts can only be corrected by them or phone.  Lets get you up and running good again.

Just contact them through this link: Contact Spotify Support (Banking/Subscription).
Request to change your email this way as changing it through "edit my profile" currently does not work.

I hope you are able to get your situation corrected as soon as possible. I have confidence you'll be satisfied with the resolution.
