Charged for cancelled student premium

Hi I tried to apply for student premium but cancelled the university selection since wrong country in settings but yet been charged on my credit card and still have no premium..

This happened to me too. Entered my card details in, and then realised my college wasn't on the list so I didn't end up going through the process. And still got charged the $6.

If you're still seeing Free and not Premium, do the payments taken show as Pending? If so, payment attempts may appear on your statement, even if they didn’t successfully complete.

When a payment is submitted, your bank / credit card company place a temporary authorization on the funds, so it might show as deducted from your overall balance but no money is actually taken and the funds will reappear on your statement.

hi, well I’m on premium trial now 😉 it shows visa hold on bank account might be the same?
