Dear Sirs,

On 30/12 I paid 99 € (order <removed sensitive information>) to upgrade from monthly base to year base subscription.

Today, I have been charged of 9,99 € (<removed sensitive information>) again.

I kindly ask you a reimbursement of 9,99 €.

I look forward to receivng you reply ASAP
