Charged twice after switching to student plan!

Charged twice after switching to student plan!

I uploaded the documents to be verified for a student subscription last Wednesday 2nd Nov (1 week ago) and forgot to check until today whether I had been verified. I checked the wrong email and didn't have anything so tried to sign up again. Then checked the right email, found that I had been verified and completed the purchase from the original application. 

 

BUT I have been charged twice! $5.99 twice within minutes, and when I look at my subscription page it shows that I will be charged $5.99 on the 8th December, which means the 2nd payment isn't being carried over into next month. Help

If there's any charges on your statement showing as ‘pending’ or 'processing', this means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken. Once your student I.D is verified, the charge will go trough. If we're unable to verify, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank.
