Charged twice and still not premium

Charged twice and still not premium

Hi, I was trying to subscribe to Spotify Premium for students. The website asked for my bank account information which I provided but it stated that I would not be charged yet as it was only to verify my information. The website then took me to general information about the process and then it took me back and I provided my bank information again. This took me to send my documents confirming Im a student. When doing this I checked my bank account and I had been charged twice. I was not able to send my documents and I'm still not a premium user and I didn't receive any receipt to my email. I'd like to get my money back and the bank asked me to contact the company first. What should I do???
