I saw a deal on Spotify that offered 3 months of premium for €9.99 I proceeded with the offer until when I pressed purchase, it says you are not eligible for this offer. I then check my bank account later and shows that I have been charged €9.99 on two different occasions **bleep** on the same day. I am entitled to a refund of €19.98 here surely???
