My Question or Issue

 Hi,

a couple days ago, my bank account was charged twice (2018.05.18 and 2018.05.22). As far as I am concerned, I only have one active (premium) subsription. I would like you to help me if you can.

Hey @Balint0306! Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

It looks like you’ve created a second account and subscribed to that one too. Are the charges on different dates? Check your other email inboxes for emails from Spotify--that can give you a clue as to where the second account is registered. Also, you can check this guide https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/solutions/do-i-have-an-additional-account/.

 

You can then cancel the second account by following the steps here. Just be sure to check you’re deleting the account without your playlists (check by signing in with both).
