I have a paid Spotify account as part of a family plan that is linked to my professional Facebook.

 

I have also apparently been charged for a second account linked to my business email address but whenever I try and login to that account to close it or change it from premium, Spotify redirects to either my Facebook page or to my other spotify account.

 

I keep getting charged for an account I'm not using and no matter if I try to login with email, username, or using the links sent to my business email- I always get rerouted to either my old premium family account or a page showing that my business email has a free subscriptions, despite having been charged.

 

 

i can provide email address, username, and images of emails sent to me for the account I am trying to close. I do not appreciate being charged when I am not using a service nor that I've spent nearly an hour running through password reset loops and in my frustration have ended up here.
