I had subscribed to a 3-month free trial. However, I canceled the premium subscription before the trial ended. Despite this, the money was still charged from my card.

To confirm the status of your subscription, please check if you received a cancellation confirmation email when you canceled. It’s also worth double-checking your account page to ensure the subscription status shows as canceled (or Free, if your Premium time has already expired). If it still shows as active Premium, it’s possible the cancellation process wasn’t completed. You can still cancel it now using these steps to avoid future payments.

 

If you have the confirmation email, take a look at the cancellation date mentioned in the email and compare it to the payment dates in your receipts. This can help rule out whether the cancellation was processed too late or before a renewal.

 

If everything looks correct but the issue persists, it’s possible you have another Spotify account. You can follow this guide to check.

 

If you’d like to share screenshots of your account page or receipts to clarify further, please ensure no payment details are visible (feel free to cover anything sensitive except for dates).
