Credit Card payment form wont load [Brasil]

Credit Card payment form wont load [Brasil]

Country: Brasil

Device: Desktop computer

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 21H2

 

Im trying to subscribe to the monthly plan "Premium Individual", but when i select the Credit Card payment option, the loading indicator is showed, but the form never loads! No matter how many time i wait, the form wont get loaded! Ive been trying to subscribe for a few months, but every attempt i make always get me to this same problem. Ive tried using other browsers (Brave, Firefox, Chrome, Edge), tried in other computers, tried in my Android smartphone... aways the same problem!

I see, @Emendo.

 

In this case can you please try a different device connected to a land network, preferably?

 

Also, make sure to turn off any VPNs you might have, and if possible, check if the same happens with a different account - from a friend or a family member.

Have you checked if everything is ok with your credit card?

 

Also, can you try again using a different card?

As i wrote in the first post, the form is not loading! The fields for me to type the Credit Card info are not showing! See the screenshots i attached, there you can see the 3 dots icon loading. Its not an issue with my card, its a problem in the frontend of the site/app. What i want is the form to load and show correctly, so i can finally type my card info.

In this case can you please try again using an incognito window on your browser? That might help!

Forgot to mention in the first post, but i tried it too, incognito/anonymous/privacy window, didnt work. And in Brave browser i deactivated the AdBlocker. Also i dont have any Malware or Antivirus software that could be blocking the form to load. I dont know what else i can do...

Already had tried using other computer, without success.

 

I didnt had a VPN, but i installed one and decided to give it a try with the access through the VPN, turns out that it worked!
