My Question or Issue

El mes pasado hubo un problema con la tarjeta y no paso el pago. Me "suspendieron" el plan premium. Una vez solucionado el problema con el pago, todos los demás miembros del plan volvieron a poder usar la cuenta y yo aún no puedo. Desde la web a veces si me deja ingresar, otras no. En la configuración sigue figurando como suspendido, sin embargo cuando hago hago click en actualizar pago me avisa que ya tengo el plan pago ??? No sé que mas hacer. Ya reinstale la app, reinicie el teléfono, etc.

Please note that if your subscription was cancelled due to a failed payment and you've subsequently joined a Premium Family/Duo subscription, your account may be on pause and you need to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support, so they can assist you further with unlocking your account.
