Meu desconto universitário não está ativo, quando tento renovar ele diz que ja utilizei o beneficio, entretanto, faz apenas 1 ano que possuo a conta no spotify e não possuo mais de uma conta.

Does this happen on a different browser or private window? If that doesn't help, attach a screenshot of what you are seeing exactly when you try to renew your student discount. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.
