Ya apliqué para el descuento, me salió aprobado y cuando le di comprobar compra me salió error. Intenté otra vez y me volvió a cobrar y aún no tengo el premium

Are you able to see the current status of the charge (bank statement)? If it hasn't gone through, try signing up for Premium again using an incognito window to see if it makes a difference.
