My Question or Issue

 hola.  Hace tiempo que usamos con mi marido el servicio Premium,  por cuentas separadas.  Cuando salió plan familiar nos cambiamos.  Pero hace meses que me cobran ambos planes , el familiar y el single. Necesito que me dejen el familiar y el reintegro de lo cobrado de más, por favor.  Gracias .

I hope you don't mind me replying back in English, since this community supports the English langauge only - but I'll still be happy to help.

 

If you're the owner of a Premium for Family plan, you can cancel any time. All members of your Premium for Family plan (including you) will revert back to the free, ad-supported service at the end of your current billing cycle.

Note: You can choose to downgrade to standard Premium on your subscription page, meaning all members will revert to the free, ad-supported service except for you. You will be charged the standard Premium rate at your next billing date.

In regards to your refund, I'd recommend getting in touch with Spotify via the contact form. Their support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.
