My Question or Issue

Hi to anyone that could help me,

I am currently trying to subscribe again to premium students from a 3 month trip to the US, it made me switch to a bank that i had over there, and when i came back here it didn´t let me subscribe to my student plan again and it keeps popping the message "Sorry, you are not eligible for that plan. Here are some other ways to get Premium." without more explanation. If someone can help me with it i'll be completely gratefull. Thanks

Hey @jjpp2112, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Please make sure that your payment method is registered in the same country as your account. In this case, since you're in Peru - make sure that your payment method is also registered in Peru. You can manage your country settings here.

 

Can you let me know what happens when you try to subscribe to Premium Student through your account page here?
