Double charged

Double charged

  • I’ve noticed now that I have been double charged for about a year. Originally 9.99 and now at 14.99. I had upgraded to the family plan. Over a year ago and now with my bank app showed that I have paid for the service twice. My fault for not entirely keeping track of my spending. But heck 9.99 and 14.99 adds up over the time I have upgraded. Unsure if this will be resolved but would like to hope so. And I enjoy the service.

Hey @jsissenah 

 

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

If you're getting charged twice, it probably means you're paying more than one account. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.

Receipts show for 1 but banking info shows paying twice one for 9.99 and the other showing on receipt that it’s 14.99 and have only upgraded to the family pkg

So it seems you're paying two different accounts: a regular Premium, and a Family plan.
