My Question or Issue

I recently joined Duo Plan with a member of my household, online it says they are included in my plan but when they log in via their email it logs them into my account not their own…therefore we are unable to use the accounts at the same time. I have tried logging out of all devices and re inviting them to join the duo but nothing seems to be working..

Thanks for reaching out. That's odd.

 

I recommend that they log into their account using their username instead of their email address. If they don't know their username, they can check it at https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/.


You should check your username as well, just to make sure you both aren't logging into the same account.
