Duo address verification issues

Duo address verification issues

When trying to add my Duo Partner to the subscription, we get an error even if adding the address EXACTLY as it appears in the duo page. 

 

Even tried the billing address just to be sure, but still same problem. 

 

help please!

Could you try verifying the address using a different browser or private window?
