My Question or Issue

I started a premium plan that my wife and I shared. Then I found Duo. Instead of making her the member, I left her with the manager plan and me as a member (this is information I've just found out). Both the Duo accounts are under my email addresses. My question is, she doesn't really use it anymore. How do I use my current account (which I'm the member, not the manager) as a single premium subscription? I don't want to lose all my playlists, podcasts and artists I follow?

Hey @RazzleDazzle4,

Thanks for reaching out.

If she doesn't use/need Spotify Premium anymore, she can cancel the subscription through her account by following these steps.

Once she canceled it and the remaining time has ran out, both accounts are on Spotify's free plan again, which includes less features than the Premium plans.

This doesn't affect your playlists, saved music, etc. though, as long as you keep using the same existing account.

When you're on the free plan, and would like to have Premium again, you can just subscribe through your account at https://spotify.com/premium.

I hope this helps 🙂
