My Question or Issue

Hi there i want to register for the spotify duo account. My problem is that I am currently living in Chile but want to use my Irish CC to pay for the subscription.  It wont allow me, saying the account and payment details must be the same and asks me to change my account to Ireland. If i do this then i wont have access to the account here and cant link my partners account (also in Chile) How can i get around this? I dont currently have a Chilean CC.

Spotify Premium accounts are required to have a payment method issued in the same country of origin stated within the initial set up of the account.

On top of that, Premium Duo/Family, are subscriptions made for users who live in the same country and address.

Therefore, there isn't a workaround and having this account set accross different countries is against the basic rules of the plan and isn't recommeneded.
